About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team at Frontline Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to a 68-year-old male participant with a spinal cord injury based in Toowoomba, QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistance with bowel therapy, including administering enema and digital stimulation
  • Assistance with domestic tasks, including cleaning and meal preparation
  • Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
  • Hoisting (full hoist/sling hoist)
  • Assistance with personal care
  • Completing skin checks
Requirements
  • Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
  • NDIS Effective Communication Module
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current NDIS Worker Screen check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Australian Driver Licence
  • Current WWCC
