As the state's largest not-for profit provider of disability services, Minda provides supported independent living accommodation, supported employment and community engagement options, as well as allied health and respite services.


The Opportunity:


The Resource Planner is responsible for the coordination of staff rosters and for ensuring rosters are implemented and maintained in accordance with industrial guidelines and person-centred practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Forward plan and manage the published roster into the day of operation plan.
  • Ensure rosters maximise workforce cross utilisation across the business.
  • Manage and maintain leave plans, absences, allowances and staff movements.
  • Manage rostering data, including analysing and reporting on data as required.
  • Ensure resource plans are aligned with client funding, budgets and financial KPI's.
  • Ensure all relevant compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide technical expertise in workforce planning with a best practice focus.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A relevant qualification and/ or experience in rostering coordination.
  • A strong customer focus and sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office, and strong administration skills.
  • Effective report writing and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, you will require:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
  • Unrestricted SA drivers' licence.
  • Proof of full COVID vaccination.
