About the Opportunity
We have a fantastic full-time, permanent Marketing Manager position available in our friendly, collaborative and dynamic Sydney office.

Your day to day may involve the below responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to roll out marketing strategies and plans across the AU region.
  • Contribute local insights to marketing planning.
  • Creating engaging EDMs that convert from copy and design briefs, production, tracking effectiveness, return on investment and analytics.
  • Content ideation and management coordinate with our inhouse content creators.
  • Website management, content management, planning, improvements, error fixes and updates.
  • Manage and monitor regional marketing budget and manage invoice payments.
  • Management and production of events & showrooms activations.
  • Assist with the successful production of photoshoots.
  • Managing agency partners (PR, Performance Marketing, Digital agencies) to ensure we are operating efficiently with all external stakeholders.
  • Manage paid advertisements briefs and social media scheduling, content management and engagement.
  • Working with Global Communications Manager to manage CRM calendar & content development
  • Marketing analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts & reporting
About You

  • A minimum of 5 years marketing and/or ecommerce marketing experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and timeframes and manage a wide range of activities effectively and concurrently.
  • Strong sense of accountability & motivation
  • A 'whatever it takes' attitude
  • Be proactive by nature and can plan, initiate, and drive projects, while enlisting the enthusiastic support of others.
  • Deep understanding of the importance of brand
  • Ability to do interstate travel and capacity to work flexibly across state and country time zones
  • Ability to consider brand in relation to operational marketing activity
