Woods & Co Recruitment have teamed up with an Australian born energy provider in the search of multiple Outbound Sales Consultants to join the team. The office is fun and vibrant with a group of likeminded employees. The primary focus of this role will be growing customer acquisition and retention.

What's in it for you?
- $64,000 package (inclusive of super) + extremely lucrative commission structure

  • OTE $100k +++

What do you do?

  • Outbound calls from warm leads that come through on the website
  • Cross sell products on offer
  • Save customers from moving over to a competitor
  • Provide customers with an exceptional experience
  • Support loyalty for the organisation through implementation of retention strategy
  • Take responsibility and ownership for the customers journey

What do you need?

  • Great attitude to learn and to develop in a fastpaced start up environment
  • Sales ability (experience not necessary)
  • Strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates in remote offices and leverage input from across the organisation
  • Must be detail oriented and organised, with impeccable follow up surrounding marketing projects and opportunities
  • A bright personality with a cando attitude
  • Strong willingness to learn
