As an Associate Consultant at Infor, you will have the exceptional opportunity to contribute to a thriving and rapidly expanding organization, playing a key role in the development or implementation of innovative digital solutions in the cloud.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to integrate their mobile, web, e-commerce, and point of sale applications with our APIs/SDKs and tailored features.
- Oversee the technical customer relationship for all aspects of the integration, including requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, providing demonstrations, software upgrades, and addressing customer inquiries for technical information.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions to clients through problem-solving, testing, and code delivery.
- Enhance efficiency in a dynamic environment where processes are fluid and creative solutions are essential.
- Work alongside development engineers, product managers, account managers, and other departments to comprehend the technology and resolve issues.
- This position may require occasional travel and availability for off-hours support.
Qualifications and Skills You Bring:
- A genuine interest in business processes, IT, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, or ERP Systems Management.
- Driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude with strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- International experience from studies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
