Our Opportunity


Due to high demand and extensive growth trajectory, we are looking for a passionate national sales manager to bring new insight and innovation.

This newly created position will bring structure, direction and a hands-on approach to manage a high performing and energetic team.

Sitting in our leadership team, some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to:

  • Work with senior management to build and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Implement sales pipeline, develop market/ channel strategies
  • Assist in preparing reports, budgets and forecasts
  • Assist with key account planning initiatives, including high level negotiations
  • Assist in high level submission tenders and proposals
  • Represent NEPEAN at industry & trade events
  • Manage and support a motivated and hard working sales/ estimations team.

The Person
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role or account management experience within the construction/ industrial manufacturing or mining industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in either a trade or engineering is advantageous.
  • A driven leader with exposure managing high performing teams.
  • Possess a strong passion for engineering/ technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and have a knack for people
  • Strong organisation and problem solving skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
