About the Role


As the Executive Officer, you will provide high level executive and project management services to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPC) including strategic advice, developing reports and documentation, and coordinating communications, projects, and strategies to support the achievement of the CPCO's strategic, governance and operational objectives.


You will contribute to governance arrangements for the CPCO Portfolio including supporting the development of agreements, preparation of reports for committees, and overseeing statutory and legislative obligations as well as compliance with University policy.


As a key professional staff member, you will work closely with Chancellery and PTC colleagues to ensure the effective management of the CPCO portfolio making a proactive and positive contribution to University Outcomes.
