Our client is a global, well recognised brand that is a huge player in the SaaS world. They have a range of products in the creative space that attracts businesses and users all over the globe They have a fantastic reputation and currently sit on the fortune 100 list of top employers globally too

They are currently rolling out a new product aimed at making everyday communicators stand out. It is a cloud-based web and mobile solution used by businesses, marketers, non-profits, schools, and office professionals. It is a fun, fast, and frictionless solution to communicate with impact.

This role is an exciting opportunity to help their enterprise customers adopt this product for their visual communication needs.


We are looking for someone from the creative design world who understands visual design tools and has experience in business development, marketing and consulting.

This role is for a hunter first and foremost but also someone who can investigate and generate actionable insights as my clients product is still adapting.


It is a contract role until Nov 2023 however there is potential it will extend or convert to perm beyond this.

The role is Sydney CBD based and my client can offer hybrid work arrangements.

What You'll Do:

Be responsible for helping visual communicators within enterprise customers (e.g. marketers, corporate communications, creative professionals) to adopt the product for their visual communication needs.

Be able to secure time with prospects to educate them about the product and the value that it can deliver to them.

Demonstrate specific value to their current and future creative workflows.
Identify the best way to get clients started with the product that will lead to repeat use.
Illustrate how this product can improve creativity and productivity;
Explain why this product has strengths over alternative solutions.
Identify ways that we can scale impact.
Generate actionable insights from your customer engagements to inform Product and GTM teams about what works and what doesn't.

The success will be dependent on a close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and colleagues within the global Strategic Development Design team.


What You Need to Succeed:

You will ideally have practical experience delivering visual communication/design projects for enterprise brands.

An understanding of the opportunity and challenges within enterprises for visual communicators to produce the visual communications they need themselves, quickly and effectively.

A mix of business development, customer success, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills.

Must be a good presenter/storyteller that can deliver a compelling product demonstration which articulates value (not just feature/function) and translates functional/technical jargon into simple terms.

Must be able to open doors, secure meetings, and develop trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
