About the Role:

Reporting to the Site Services Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Raising and assigning jobs to Contractors and Site Services Staff
  • Effectively coordinate and supervise Contractors and Company employees in the construction and maintenance of buildings, equipment and plant.
  • Assisting the Site Services Manager to implement, design and develop plans to improve overall efficiency
  • Contactable for After Hours emergency call outs/alarms and respond as required.
  • Supervise works to ensure completed to a quality standard and current Regulated requirements.
  • Maintain Site Services vehicles, tools and machinery in good working order.
  • Be responsible for the care and security of company equipment, vehicles and property.
  • Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for Staff, contractors and market users.

About you:

  • Proficient on MS Office Systems
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Understanding of the WHS is desired
  • 3 years Experience in the Construction/Trade or Real Estate is desired but not essential
  • Experience in Maintenance is desired
  • Team player able to coordinate and collaborate with different departments
