In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.

The Role

We are currently seeking a highly competent Office Manager to provide tenancy and administrative support to our new offices nationally

Your role will include:

  • Coordinating services such as Maintenance, Mailroom, Cleaning, Housekeeping and Security for our newly set up offices nationally
  • General Administrative duties and catering requests
  • Build & Maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • VIP's, guests, contractors and building operational staff
  • Onboarding of new staff members in Victoria
  • Maintenance of meeting rooms and ICT equipment
  • Coordinate training and maintain the register for First Aid and Fire Wardens
Your Background- Property Management and client service industry experience is advantageous- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position within a fast paced, and dynamic environment- Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills- Ability to manage competing priorities- Strong Microsoft and Outlook Suite skills- Proactive attitude, collaborative nature and strong communication skills- Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently

Please note:

The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
