In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.
The RoleWe are currently seeking a highly competent Office Manager to provide tenancy and administrative support to our new offices nationally
Your role will include:
- Coordinating services such as Maintenance, Mailroom, Cleaning, Housekeeping and Security for our newly set up offices nationally
- General Administrative duties and catering requests
- Build & Maintain relationships with stakeholders
- VIP's, guests, contractors and building operational staff
- Onboarding of new staff members in Victoria
- Maintenance of meeting rooms and ICT equipment
- Coordinate training and maintain the register for First Aid and Fire Wardens

Please note:
The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
