PFD Food Services is a 100% Australian owned food service network, with 70 strategically located distribution centres around Australia.

The Role


The purpose of this role is to effectively manage multiple Chep & Loscam accounts, co-ordinate the national pallet reconciliations and oversee pallet accounts nationally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and coach a small team to effectively maintain pallet counts nationally
  • Processing of all pallet transfer advice and ensuring monthly pallet counts are carried out
  • Maintaining Chepmate and HMS databases
  • Monthly reconciliation of Chep and Loscam invoices for the five Melbourne accounts
  • Investigation and resolution of pallet transaction queries
  • Collation of reconciliation figures from all PFD sites nationally

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to liaise and problem solve with suppliers and carriers and PFD Branch Managers or nominated staff across sites nationally
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Chepmate and HMS pallet management systems
  • Good time and organisational skills
  • Able to assist branches with queries and give clear instruction
