Position Overview:

Randstad Business Support are looking for versatile Office Managers/Allrounders to oversee the smooth functioning of our client's workplace operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, from administrative duties to managerial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure that all aspects of our office run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate office logistics such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing company events.
  • Oversee facilities management, including liaising with vendors, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Conduct basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and requests.
  • Manage projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve office processes and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • A bubbly and proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
