Showcase your talents across this globally recognised destination for the best of live sport and entertainment including five iconic venues (John Cain Arena, Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, Kia Arena and CENTREPIECE).

Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the HR strategy for Levy at Melbourne Olympic Park, driving success and growth.
  • Shaping a diverse and talented workforce within our dynamic environment.

THE POSITION

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance and support.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensure compliance.

THE PERSON

  • 8+ years HR experience, with 3+ years in management, specifically in hospitality/events.
  • Proven international HR expertise, navigating diverse regulations and cultural considerations will be a desirable asset.
  • Experience developing and executing HR strategies to elevate culinary services, ensuring exceptional food and beverage experiences at a large-scale sporting and event centre.
  • In-depth knowledge of global and local regulations, ensuring compliance and safety in food and beverage operations.
