      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage complaints and incidents, including assessment, recording, resolution, and referral as necessary.
      • Generate high-quality written correspondence tailored to various audiences, including formal responses for the Minister.
      • Coordinate correspondence, briefing, and reporting.
      • Provide support to the Complaints Team.

          Important Information:

          This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
