Telco, Energy, Government.Resilience and Efficiency.Government complaints experience a bonus.(Local, State, Federal)c APS5 : Ministerial & Parliament Referral Complaints (5 new roles) Job ID: 110798P Outgoing, communications, ability to work with multiple stakeholders.Resilience and Efficiency.Government complaints experience a bonus.(Local, State, Federal) Key Responsibilities Manage complaints and incidents, including assessment, recording, resolution, and referral as necessary.Generate high-quality written correspondence tailored to various audiences, including formal responses for the Minister.Coordinate correspondence, briefing, and reporting.Provide support to the Complaints Team.
