Join a dynamic fit-out company located in the heart of Blacktown Our client, renowned for their impressive commercial and residential projects and bespoke high-end designs, is experiencing exciting growth. Due to exciting growth, they are now seeking a dedicated Office Manager to closely support the companyâs Director with running the day-to-day operations of the business.

About the Role:

As the Office Manager, you will be provided with the unique opportunity to work alongside the Director as a true partner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including HR, accounting, marketing, and procurement
  • Oversee the sales team, including managing sales budgets, KPIs, and targets
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects
  • Ensure health and safety compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and improve internal processes and procedures
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing

      About You:

      • Prior experience in Office Management, Operations Management, Executive Support, Project Management
      • Proven experience in the reviewing of floor plans
      • Previous experience working in the Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Engineering or Shopfitting industries is essential
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
