**About School Infrastructure**

School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

**About the role**

This role works in partnership with schools to develop risk management strategies that assist with the protection of school assets and improve the safety and security of students and staff.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Driver’s Licence - Class C
- Willingness to travel to stakeholders throughout the state when required

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

It will be helpful if you have:
- A basic understanding of general risk management principles.- A drive to keep pace with evolving risk management strategies.- Good written and verbal communication skills- The ability to work flexibly, independently and in a dynamic team environment.- An ability to network effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
