About the job

As our Senior Recruitment Consultant in Melbourne, you will manage clients and candidates across a variety of industry sectors. This role will see you recruit mid to senior HR Professionals in permanent positions which include: HR Managers, HR Business Partners, People and Culture Managers etc.

A typical day:

  • Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
  • Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
  • Proactive in your approach to building client relationships
  • A true consultant in the HR Industry
