Rural Finance Manager

Nutrien Financial (NF) is a division that supports the operations of our core retail business, Nutrien Ag Solutions (NAS). NF acts as a key enabler for sales and performance of NAS through empowering our customers to access flexible payment options that best suits their cash-flow. Strong customer appeal for our finance solutions has seen exceptional growth in the NF business.
We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our small but highly successful team grow our footprint in Central & Northern QLD.
About the opportunity:
The key focus of the role is to deliver exceptional service and solutions for our customers through engagement with our retail network. In addition, the RFM is responsible for:
Formulating and executing a territory sales plan that supports the strategic growth plans of the business Developing relationships via a high standard of engagement with business partners across a branch and agency network Grow the Nutrien Finance footprint for branches across customer segments in a designated geographic territory by offering a value proposition that utilizes the resources and broader team around you Directly and autonomously manage a portfolio of large finance transactions that enable retail sales to valued customers across a designated geographic territory Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of a loan portfolio Communication and promotion of the Nutrien Finance products Aspire to continue to build a business and grow your portfolioWhat we’ll love about you:
To be successful you will possess proven experience in sales and business development ideally within the agribusiness sector and the ability to engage a network in delivering the finance products to the customers. In addition, you will be:
Highly commercially focused and driven to achieve financial outcomes Goal orientated Able to travel regionally within the network Passionate about the agricultural industry Experience in the retail or agricultural sectors Full drivers’ licence Why work for us?
