Your Role:

As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and service excellence. Reporting to the Strategic National Account Manager for Coles in Melbourne, you'll work closely with various teams, including service delivery specialists, resource recovery specialists, and reporting teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating on specialist recycling projects
  • Rotating weekend escalation cover to ensure continuous support
  • Proactively handling and processing escalations, complaints, and work orders, with a focus on Coles
  • Managing continuous improvement and customer escalation frameworks
  • Maintaining CRM and ancillary systems to support "hypercare" activity
  • Working with our platinum data analyst to ensure accurate invoice data processes

Your Skills and Experience:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in escalation and complaints handling, as well as reporting
  • Experience with call centre software and CRM systems is highly regarded
