In response to the growing demand for our Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Advisory Services, we are looking to hire a Director to join us in Sydney, delivering market leading advice and practical solutions that make a material impact to our clients, our people and society.  We are looking for Directors with 6-10 years’ experience either in industry or with professional services firms, both globally and here in Australia.

Some of the work we do includes:
•    Design regulatory strategy assessments to analyse requirements and challenges across the current future regulatory horizon
•    Define and implement strategies and governance frameworks to identify, manage and mitigate future regulatory changes
•    Identify, idealise and implement value and efficiency creating solutions to credit and market risk challenges
•    Drive technological transformation and innovation to solve complex challenges in risk, regulation, conduct and compliance 
•    Support clients navigate regulatory and risk challenges
•    Transform the ways clients leverage people, technology, data, business processes and controls, to better manage risks and optimise processes 
•    Working both autonomously, and closely with colleagues and Partners to bring the best of our global network and thought leadership to clients, manage large change and business remediation programs, and respond to the requirements of key regulatory bodies
•    Devise and deploy effective communication strategies and supporting materials

You may have all or some of the following skills / experience: 

•    Experience in any of the following:
 o Reviewing / Implementing regulatory requirements from APRA/ASIC with a focus on prudential regulations
 o Risk reporting and analytics with a good level of understanding of credit risk factors (PD/LGD/EAD), regulatory/economic capital or IFRS9
 o Automation on reporting/credit decisioning process/collection management and/or lending transformation
 o Ability to turn data into actionable insights via a story

•    Consulting experience, including but not limited to:
o Experience in leading projects and coaching others to deliver outstanding results; the position will be a leadership role within the Sydney-based team
o Proven ability to manage administration across multiple engagements
o Proven ability to drive business, with a primary focus on large Sydney banks
