Position Summary:

  • Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome all guests whilst explaining the hotel facilities available
  • Provide a quality of service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa/salon reservation software system and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
  • Complete standard reception duties focusing on attention to detail
