About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Asset Finance Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance, and helping support our growing client base. You'll be a key player in assisting our Commercial clients with their Asset Finance lending needs, making a real impact on their success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take responsibility for assisting clients throughout the Asset Finance application process. This includes completing applications, gathering necessary documents, submitting applications through various lender portals, and coordinating with lender support teams.
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals as necessary throughout the process, where required.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure a seamless process from application to settlement.
  • Ensure compliance is maintained by collaborating with the Broker to make any necessary adjustments to the finance submission, ensuring the application aligns with the lender's requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments.
  • Managing time effectively to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements

About You:

  • You have a friendly, professional phone manner and a passion for customer service.
  • Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles is essential; asset finance experience is highly advantageous.
  • You’re eager to learn, grow, and advance your career in the finance industry.
  • Time management and organizational skills are your strengths.
  • A positive attitude, coachability, and team-oriented mindset are key.
