About the Opportunity:
 
Are you an experienced streaming professional with a passion for delivering high-quality broadcasts? We're looking for a Broadcast Manager to lead the end-to-end streaming operations for NBL1, NBL, and WNBL leagues. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee technical execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensure the seamless distribution of live and recorded content across multiple platforms.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end streaming for NBL1, NBL, and WNBL events, ensuring flawless execution and broadcast quality.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Stream Management partners, resolving issues efficiently and upholding service standards.
  • Lead external stakeholder engagement, ensuring coordination across broadcasting needs and expectations.
  • Oversee equipment management and ensure technical setups are optimized and ready before each season.
  • Develop and execute training programs for streaming staff, fostering operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on streaming technology advancements, implementing improvements to enhance the viewing experience.
  • Manage scheduling, data entry, and the distribution of league content across platforms, including global and international feeds.

About You:

  • Experience in media content, streaming production and relevant industries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with experience in event coordination.
  • Technical proficiency with streaming equipment and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live events.
  • Understanding of international and domestic media distribution requirements.
  • Ability to stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
