Our client, who is a well-known and respected name in the broadcast and film industry, is looking for a Midweight Finished Artist to join their established design studio on a permanent basis.
If you have a passion for film and broadcast, then there is absolutely no better place to work.
You'll be required to work within the marketing team to produce the most accurate form of communication representing the company’s marketing needs globally.
Given the nature of the work, attention to detail and professionalism are paramount. The work will include creating material for a global market requiring different price points, specs, and other technical requirements. A methodical and thorough approach will be required.
You'll have a solid understanding of long document workflow and paragraph styles in InDesign. You'll be required to work across a range of print work including press ads, tradeshow collateral, brochures, banners, packaging, and text heavy documents.
This role will see you working closely with the Studio Manager and Creative Director and will assist and support them as necessary.
You'll be someone who is capable of working autonomously and meeting deadlines while completing work to a high standard.
As expected, you'll be at a high level of expertise with the key Creative Suite packages along with a sound knowledge of pre-press and colour management processes as well as digital file standards.
To be suitable for this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 3+ years commercial industry experience in a similar role that can showcase your speed, efficiency and attention to detail.
This position is an onsite requirement, based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. To be suitable for this position, you must be available to work full time onsite - unfortunately remote applicants will not be shortlisted.
