You will be responsible for  

  • Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
  • Reviewing new claims from inception to liability determination
  • Compliance focus
  • Make key liability decisions
  • Information gathering and investigations
  • Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes
  • Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and interpret medical reports.
