What you will enjoy doing

  • You will respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels whilst maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
  • You are responsible for handling customer requests relating to product information, pricing, process and policy, account opening, patient education, order placement and follow up, delivery enquiries etc
  • Resolve customer enquiries by clarifying their requirement; processing their request or providing them a solution to their enquiry; following up to ensure resolution of root cause
  • Fulfil customer request by understanding their needs; using the correct transition type; entering all necessary information accurately; following up transaction where necessary to ensure customer’s needs are met
  • Resolve, record and escalate customer complaints
  • You will provide feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps or inefficiencies with customer service processes

What makes you great

  • You should have at least 2 years' experience in a professional working environment ideally within a customer service-based/Call center environment
  • High level of communication, Verbal and Written Communication
  • Furthermore, you should have ability to work alone and with a team
  • High attention to the customer experience and journey is part of your role
  • Ability to solve problems and foresee any potential customer impacting events
  • Conflict management abilities
