Job Description Summary

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing office premises for our key client in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include ensuring top-notch service delivery, maintaining professional reception areas, coordinating meetings and events, and overseeing general office operations. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and uphold operational standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and concierge services, ensuring a professional environment.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, technical support, and catering arrangements.

  • Support facilities management for general office maintenance.

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards across all sites.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial or hospitality sectors.

  • Strong client-focus and hospitality mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
