**About the role**
As the face of PEXA’s head office, the Workplace Coordinator will act as a welcome and friendly reception for staff, visitors, suppliers, contractors ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
This is an office based role. Our office is located at Tower 4, Level 16, 727 Collins Square Docklands.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our office by coordinating day-to-day activities.
- Support Workplace Manager
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both employees and guests.
- Manage visitor arrivals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist with travel arrangements using platforms like Egencia and Uber Business.
- Procure and manage office supplies, catering, general office equipment, and kitchen stock.
- Support internal engagement and communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with couriers and contractors as needed.
- Provide support to the kitchen assistant.
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas.
**What you'll bring to the table**:
- Previous experience in an office administration / reception role.
- Exceptional organisation and time management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful
- Proactive and the ability to produce outcomes without extensive direction.
- Excellent time management, listening and organisation
- The ability to deliver an awesome customer experience.
- Proactively building collaborative relationships
- Team player
- Excellent multitasker.
