Job Title: Strategy Director / Head of Strategy
Location: Sydney
Salary: upto $200k package

Overview:

We are partnered with a leading Australian advertising agency that specialises in customer experience and branding. We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Strategy Director to join our team in Sydney. As the Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective customer experience strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of creative customer experience strategies for our clients
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify customer needs and behaviors
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on customer research and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience solutions that drive business results
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and delivering exceptional customer experience solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective
  • Manage a team of strategists and provide coaching and mentoring to help them grow and develop their skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of creative strategies, customer behavior and the ability to use data to develop insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level executives
  • Proven experience leading customer experience strategy development and execution for large brands
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading and coaching teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
