**How will you contribute?**

We are seeking an exceptional Strategy and Change Business Partner to join our Strategy and Innovation team to assist with the development and implementation of the Audit Office’s Corporate Plan and contribute as necessary to ensure robust strategic planning, and portfolio and project management. The role is also required to play a lead role in the delivery of assigned strategic change projects and initiatives in line with the Project Management Framework.

This role reports to the Director, Strategy and Innovation. The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Driving forward the delivery of the Corporate Plan by working with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to deliver activities on behalf of the Strategy and Innovation team.
- Delivering assigned activities under the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Strategic Objective Sponsor and Director, Strategy and Innovation.
- Anticipating, identifying and addressing issues, potential problems and any risks that may have an impact on the achievement of the organisational strategic objectives - work with the business to develop an agreed resolution.
- Undertaking coordination, administration and reporting activities to enable the effective delivery of the Corporate Plan including strategic change, portfolio, and project initiatives to meet time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Collaborating regularly with the Finance and Performance Branch in relation to project management assurance to ensure the effective delivery of strategic projects.
- Contributing to ensuring the Audit Office has an effective and best practice portfolio approach to change management across the business that results in tangible and positive behaviour and organisational change and enables the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives and future direction.
- Providing guidance, coaching and direction to the business on change initiatives working with the Director, Strategy and Innovation to remove barriers to change where appropriate.
- Delivering assigned change initiatives and/or activities in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring all corporate plan and change related activities are delivered in line with Audit Office frameworks, systems, processes, architecture, and reporting.
- Utilising data to inform and give weight to focus area priorities as they relate to the achievement of the strategic plan and identified change activities.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Tertiary qualification in an appropriate people or strategy discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills and and experience
- Australian permanent resident or citizen or New Zealand citizen.
- successful police check.

On offer is a 35-hour work week and a total remuneration package (including superannuation) range starting from **$110,662 **per annum depending on experience, skills and capabilities. You will also have access to flexible work practices and arrangements.
