About our Opportunity

As a valued team member of our Acacia Ridge branch, you're an integral member of the team providing sales support to our sales team and provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a varied role but a typical day will involve promptly responding to customers’ phone and email enquiries including providing information, responding to requests and troubleshooting issues, read building plans to prepare take off’s and estimations as well as general admin for the sales team. In doing so you will be directly contributing to both the success of the Sales team and to the quality of our customers’ experience.

About you

We are looking to leverage your customer service and administration experience within a practical work environment, along with a keenness to learn our door products and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised energetic team player, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service.

You will have:

  • exposure to estimating and take offs with an understanding of the building process, advantageous 
  • ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
  • excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
  • ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • excellent attention to detail

We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from our experienced team.
