Team Leaders are responsible for managing a team of financial advisers and support staff, ensuring that the team achieves its stated client, revenue and related objectives. Team Leaders play a vital role in the strategic development of the team, in growing the team through the coaching and mentoring of advisers in the acquisition of new clients and referral sources, promoting professionalism and the highest ethical standards in financial advice through their own actions and through the management of the team.What is in it for you?
