About the role

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that bridges the gap between customer satisfaction and efficient business operations? Join our team as a Customer Business Support Officer and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless business processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Customer Network Solutions team, based at our office in Parramatta Square.

As a Customer Business Support Officer, your main objective will be to drive value for our customers, stakeholders, and the business by providing comprehensive business support. You will contribute to the efficient functioning of the business and the best possible end-to-end customer experience.

 
Key accountabilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal customers across a variety of communication channels
  • Provide timely and well-informed advice on matters across business processes and systems, such as SAP, Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms, including but not limited to level 1 support on system issues affecting our customers
  • Adopt new technology and contribute to the ongoing development of Customer Network Solutions’ technology strategy
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance existing and new processes across the Customer Connection Teams with a focus on streamlining the process
  • Provide business support functions to inform, shape and proactively progress issues, undertaking follow up actions as required
  • Coordinate administrative functions across the end-to-end connection process, always ensuring a seamless customer journey while protecting Endeavour Energy's interests
  • Deal with difficult customer situations and complex customer enquiries in a calm, professional and competent manner
  • Collaborate to provide valuable customer and stakeholder service as well as regular teamwork across internal workgroups and external partners 
  • Perform all work competently and efficiently and promote a positive, customer-focused image of the organisation to customers

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, technology, or human resources, or relevant professional experience
