Graduates are an integral part of Mercy Health’s commitment to develop our future workforce and as such, we welcome graduates to join our team to provide compassionate and responsive care to people in need.

Our programs are designed to support whilst making the transition from student to Registered Nurse within a supportive and welcoming environment. The aim is to promote educational opportunities to graduates as they consolidate their theoretical and clinical skills into practise. This is a structured program with a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, work shop and debriefing sessions which are supported by a dedicated learning team. 

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be presented with a certificate of completion.

64 Hours per fortnight, permanent part time, working a rotating rosterPosition is located at Mercy Hospital for Women

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
