Our 96 bedded healthy ageing facility Mercy Place Shepparton on Archer Street is seeking qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join their team on a part time or casual basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Part time and Casual positions availableProvide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy HealthEffectively supervise and lead a team of carers by demonstrating our core valuesProvide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident careTake an active role in getting to know our residents and their familiesPay rates range between $34.2 - $37.02 depending on experience post qualificationNew graduates welcome to apply

ABOUT YOU:

Registration with AHPRA as a medication endorsed Enrolled NurseHigh level of communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent clinical skill base, practiced within Aged CareDemonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment.Experience in leading and supervising teams of people.Provide a copy of a recent NDIS screening.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.Provide a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check (Mercy Health may conduct additional background checks subject to current legislation).Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with Mercy Health’s policy (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
