Are you an energetic, innovative Registered Nurse or EEN looking for the next exciting step in your career that enables you to be or leadership team responsible for delivering a new model of Aged Care in a brand new facility?
We have Permanent Part-Time and Casual positions available located in our state of the art facility at Mercy Place Ballarat.
Mercy Place Ballarat provides small household living – a small number of residents living together in each of our homes – designed and built to feel just like home; with home cooked meals, comfortable spaces and personal laundry, our homes include a "town square" with shops, where residents can walk, share coffee or enjoy time out with family and friends.
Permanent part-time and casual positions availableProvide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approachEffectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core valuesTake an active role in getting to know our residents and their familiesUndertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.ABOUT YOU:
Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 or EENHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged CareExperience as a positive contributor to a clinical team environmentDemonstrated understanding of person-centred care in the context of small household livingABOUT US:
