We are delighted to partner with a respected specialist security consultancy who have been going from strength-to-strength and are expanding their Australian presence. They are dedicated to safeguarding the digital assets of a diverse clientele, from mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses to government agencies.
  
The Role:
As a Principal GRC specialist, you will be driving growth and leading diverse GRC projects. You will be working in the advisory team, building trusted relationships with a range of clients and implementing security risk treatments to uplift security systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering project security risk and compliance for medium and large organisations across enterprise and government. 
  • Work across diverse areas such as Privacy, ISO27001, ASD ISM and NIST compliance.
  • Advising clients on security risks around policies, processes, technologies, systems and applications.
  • Translate technical findings into relevant actionable plans.
  • Building road maps for clients to help them improve their security posture.
  • Consult at senior levels in all matters of Information & Cyber security

Skills Required: 

  • Proven track record in consulting (ideally external) in Cyber Security, Risk & Governance
  • Exposure to standards such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI, ASD ISM or respective privacy acts
  • ISO27001 LA, CISSP, QSA, CISA are highly regarded though not essential
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
