We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Training Coordinator. This position is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin at our client's LNG Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Training and Development coordination of all site employees.
  • Monitoring and maintaining employees’ Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for project.
  • Assist employees in understanding and achieving career progression pathways.
  • Maintaining Learning Management System and compliance data for workers, including oversight of apprentices and trainees.
  • Provide high quality reporting to the Site Management team, operations project teams and the Client regarding training compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and third party training providers to schedule employee attendance.
  • Reporting to effectively manage compliance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related field desirable
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Training Coordinator position or similar within an oil & gas, mining, construction or industrial & commercial environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume data environment
  • Resources experience is highly desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries
  • Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation
  • Significant experience utilising databases and spreadsheets
  • The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
