We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Training Coordinator to join our Energy division in Darwin. This is a full-time permanent role at our LNG Facility, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training programs for all site employees, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain employee training needs analysis and compliance audits for projects.
  • Assist employees in understanding and achieving career progression pathways.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System and compliance data for workers, including oversight of apprentices and trainees.
  • Provide high-quality reporting to the Site Management team, operations project teams, and clients regarding training compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and third-party training providers to schedule employee attendance.

What you'll bring:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related field (desired)
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Training Coordinator position or similar within an oil & gas, mining, construction, or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume data environment
  • Resources experience is highly desirable but not essential, as we encourage applicants from all industries
  • Excellent administration skills with a high level of organization
  • Significant experience using databases and spreadsheets
  • The ability to prioritize workload and produce high-quality work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Benefits and Salary:

  • A competitive salary of around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 9.5 hour day with site uplift
