About the Role

The Creative Services Manager provides expert leadership, guidance and quality to the development and delivery of our creative and graphic design services and outputs for SeaLink’s Marine & Tourism national operations. This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s creative vision and ensuring all marketing and promotional materials align with our strategic goals.

The Creative Services Manager will bring creative flair and design skills along with experience in managing people and creative workloads, someone that can inspire others, and take our creative to a new level in quality and consistency as we continue to grow.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Customer, Sales and Marketing, the Creative Services Manager will be part of a talented high performing support team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent, professional, and effective creative outputs that support our marketing strategies, campaigns and outputs to achieve marketing and sales targets. 

About you

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative creative leader to join our national marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative development, project management, a keen eye for detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to have a clear creative vision with an understanding and experience of how to align and apply to business needs and objectives. You will have strong creative ideation, digital and graphic design execution skills, as well as excellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.

You will need to have following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in creative development in an agency or large corporate setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external service providers
  • Effective people management skills, including mentoring, leading and developing people and a positive team environment
  • Knowledge of how to develop and apply brand identities through multi-channel marketing executions
  • Professional skills, including negotiation, project management and leadership.
  • Proven personal experience in producing finished art in various creative formats, including digital, display, video and motion graphics, and print graphic design
  • Proven personal experience in creative campaign and branding concept development and execution
  • Proven experience working with a variety of creative software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc
