This is an opportunity for you to utilise your previous work experience allowing you build a meaningful career in a thriving industry. In our consultant role you will be supported by senior members of the team to help you learn and grow with the aim of progressing through the business to a full desk Recruiter. This the perfect opportunity for someone who has career aspirations and is looking for that next step.

This position will see you expanding your knowledge on different industries, roles, and recruitment practices. We are on the lookout for someone that loves interacting with people, has a proactive approach to their work, is not afraid to ask questions, understands people and loves some good banter in the office.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies
  • Working closely with the team to source the best talent in the market
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs
  • Open to both part-time and full-time applicants
