Be Recruitment is a unique and specialist recruitment firm for the disability, mental health, child, youth and family and social housing sectors.

We work closely with both the Not for Profit, Government and some privately funded clients placing temporary, casual and permanent specialist staff in meaningful work.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Trainee Consultant to join our Community & Welfare Team placing staff specialist clinical and non-clinical staff across our specialist sectors.

We speak with clarity and are refreshingly honest with our clients and we are looking for new team members to demonstrate honesty and integrity in their day to day work.

We are not afraid of a challenge. Where others may give up, we persist until the job is done - so you can’t be afraid of hard work Be enjoy using technology to optimise the recruitment process and experience. We are willing to forge new pathways, rather than “doing what’s always been done” and therefore new staff joining the team will need to embrace this too.

**Your role**:
**You will have**:
To be successful in this role you need to be articulate with the ability to build strong long-term relationships and think laterally. You are a natural communicator, who enjoys the social activities and support that a team environment provides. As a mature character with a good sense of humour you are engaging, enthusiastic and well respected by both your peers and superiors.

**Training offered**:
A great training program is offered to succesful applicants to support your career in recruitment. This consists of both internal and external program to support your success and development in the role.

**Benefits**:

- Your basic salary would start at $50-65k + super
- 20 days holiday per year increasing to 22 after 2 years up to 25 days after 5 years of service.

- Hybrid work from the office 3 days and the rest of the week from home _(initially first 3 months may require more 1-on-1 time in the office_)
