Strata Results Recruitment is an Australian-owned recruitment company providing recruitment services across IT, professional services, and white-collar industries Australia-wide as well as in Asia.

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of recruitment and contributing to our success in business development.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a culture of safety within our workforce
  • General administrative duties
  • Managing our afterhours service on a rotating roster with the team
  • Participating in weekly branch meetings
  • Ideally, you will have endtoend recruitment experience.
  • Experience working within the IT sector would also be highly regarded.
  • Energetic and selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
  • Solid administration and computer skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with JobAdder is highly desirable
  • Experience working on temp desks is desirable
