Duration: 9 - 12 months

Role: Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure projects in alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Proactively manage project lifecycles to deliver on time, within budget, and in accordance with our internal methodologies.
  • Serve as a primary liaison among various departments, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor technology performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update reporting systems to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that infrastructure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.

Functional Accountabilities:

  • Cloud Platforms: Manage Azure, AWS, and Private Cloud platform migrations.
  • Database/Middleware/Network: Support and remediate performance incidents and configuration issues.
  • Backup, DR, Recovery: Design and implement robust data protection strategies.
  • Server Hardware/OS/Management: Oversee the lifecycle and management of the server environment.
  • Vendor and Commercial Management: Manage relationships with service vendors to ensure specifications and cost efficiencies.
  • Security Compliance: Uphold security policies and standards, identifying and resolving potential security issues.
  • ITIL Process Adherence: Manage incidents, problems, and changes within the IT infrastructure.
  • Project Ownership & Solution Review/Design: Lead key projects and design solutions to meet complex business and IT challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated ability in cloud solutions and project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
