Emergency and Critical Care Veterinarians – Northern Beaches 

SASH is excited to announce our new, state of the art emergency and referral hospital in Balgowlah, Northern Beaches. Our hospital is scheduled to open towards the end of 2024.  Providing veterinary excellence in the core services of medicine, surgery, emergency with critical care, dermatology and oncology       
     
About the Role:  
We are looking for Emergency and Critical Care Vets who are professional, motivated and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We have a number of full-time, permanent positions available, however we would consider part-time opportunities for the right person. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of intensive and critical care cases, in gold standard facility, with a high case load. You will benefit from the mentorship of our experienced specialists, providing you with the opportunity to develop elite skills and unique range of experience. 

About You: 
We are looking for a passionate vets who can work independently with a reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach to their work. You will have the following skills: 
A keen interest in emergency and critical care with a desire to work closely with our patients throughout their entire SASH journey 

  • An ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Confidence working in an extremely busy environment 
  • A Degree in Veterinary Science registrable in NSW 
  • A minimum of 2-4 years, full-time experience as a Vet 
  • Previous experience in emergency service would be highly regarded but is not essential.
