Job Description

Your new opportunity:

Joining our vibrant accounts payable team, you'll work in an accounts payable in a full time, permanent role. You'll be made to feel welcome and form an integral part of the team and business, ensuring payments are processed nationwide.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Record and PO match local and foreign supplier invoices into the AP system.
  • Follow up on a regular basis on all pending invoices and process.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Internal and external emails and phone enquiries.
  • Organise weekly and monthly EFT payments to suppliers.
  • International transfers to overseas suppliers.

About you:

  • You'll have 3 years of experience in full function accounts payable role to be able to hit the ground running.
  • Have intermediate Excel skills to filter and manager reports.
  • Fantastic communication skills. In the role you'll talk to people from all walks of life and at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the drive to meet deadlines.
