Excellent opportunity for an experienced valuation's professional to join our expanding Melbourne team.

Job Description

The Director / Associate Director is responsible for leading the Hotel / Going Concern valuation business unit within Cushman & Wakefield’s Victorian valuations team. This position will play a key role in providing valuations and strategic property advice to Cushman & Wakefield’s clients.

About the role:

  • Identify potential business opportunities
  • Assist with business development, working in conjunction with the national hotel / goings concern valuation team.
  • Ensure professional advice provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines
  • Broaden market specific knowledge
  • Maintain client relationships and liaise with clients on specific projects
  • Manage relationships with other offices and departments to provide seamless service to clients
  • Co-ordinate resources within the team to deliver within client expectations

About you:

  • Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV)
  • Business development skills
  • Account management and client relationship management skills
  • Sector experience in Hotel / Going Concern valuations
  • Bank panel appointment favoured
