• Ability to work under pressure• Create and maintain databases, reports and spreadsheets
• Manage administrative process for documents, database and online systems• Proactively manage and delivery administrative functions
• Book events and activities – including obtaining competitive quotes• Manage financial payments through to Finance
• Generate P2P’s and invoices• Respect confidential sensitivities
• Working well as a team.

• Macquarie Park based role in Sydney• Monday- Friday day shift (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
