The Role:

  • Tax Compliance: Preparation of returns for individuals, trusts, and corporate clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist the team in addressing complex tax issues and contribute to technical advice and reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Play a key role in internal training sessions and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
  • Client Interaction: Build strong relationships while delivering timely and practical solutions.

About You:

  • 12–18 months of Australian tax experience, ideally within public practice.
  • Income tax, GST, FBT, payroll tax & tax effect accounting experience
  • Solid background in tax compliance for individuals and trusts; exposure to tax consolidation is a bonus.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards it) and eager to further your tax studies.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and keen attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using MS Office and accounting software like Xero.
